We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to work at our busy Head Office based in Horsforth, Leeds. As part of a small B2C marketing department, the main purpose of this role is to support the Marketing department in the development and delivery of all marketing across the business and various branches and departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Assist in the production of marketing materials for online and offline campaigns including in-house materials, canvassing leaflets, campaign flyers, letters and adverts.
•Look after all e-marketing activity, producing emails, managing campaigns and results, liaising with branches and departments to produce any other requirements with emails
•Assist in any community projects including administration for MS Community Fund, creation of adverts and required materials
•Work with PR agency on the production of regular PR stories, and work with the team on the distribution of these across various channels
•Regular updates on Intranet including directory, announcements, gallery etc
•Manage the allAgents review channel and Google reviews, and update monthly reports and top reviews by branch/individual
•Assist in the production of direct mail and canvassing campaigns
•Responsibility for ordering and maintaining stationery, consumables, business cards and equipment for branches/departments, and tidiness thereof.
•Assist in answering the phone within the office
•Other general office duties as required
