Covering 164 miles through 150 villages there will be no shortage of spots to watch the Tour de Yorkshire fly by this weekend. Whether you go for the race, the atmosphere or the views we’ve put together some of the top spots to take in all the action!
Join the athletes at the start line at Doncaster Market Place at 1:05 pm to see the start of the much-anticipated men's race.
Why not set up camp in the delightful village of Elloughton at around 3:00 pm call in at the Half Moon Ellougton for a Thursday evening drink.
Selby Abbey is another great spot to get involved in all the action, make sure you are down there for 5:40 pm at the latest for the days concluding leg!
Barnsley Townhall is the place to see the beginning of the Women's race from 9:05 am
Head to Harrogate for around 11:25 am to catch the second sprint stage. Why not make a day of it and head to Bettys or do a spot of shopping before catching the men’s race fly through at around 4:50 pm.
If you want to witness the end of the second-day excitement- Bedale is the place to set up camp; with both the men and women's races concluded the second stage there.
Bridlington makes a great day out for all the family on any day, but especially this weekend, watch the third day get underway!
The seaside day continues, head to Whitby Abbey to catch the second sprint, and maybe stick around for some Dracula tales!
Who needs to go abroad when you have the seaside on your doorstep, make your way to Scarborough for another great viewing, as day 3 concludes marking the finale of the Women's Race!
Day 4- Final Day!
Grab a late breakfast and go down to The Piece Hall in Halifax to see the start of the concluding day at around 12 pm!
Skipton castle will make the perfect backdrop to watch the riders ride through at around 1:30 pm
If you know Otley Chevin, you’ll know it makes for an exciting part of any cycling race, make your way there for 4:45 pm.
There isn’t too much further but it could still be anybody's race! Cookridge and Ireland wood are great spots to catch the last parts of the action. Cookridge Fan Zone has a lot going on right in the heart of the action!
The finale! The Headrow is the place to be if you want to catch a glimpse of the glory moments as the cyclists' race over the finish line!
