A Manning Stainton customer is smiling again after successfully completing her house move.
Rebecca Sheard and her three children moved from Batley to a four bedroom detached house in Tingley and she says the support provided by the area’s leading estate agent during what was a difficult time has been ‘outstanding.’
‘Given my circumstances moving was an extremely big thing to deal with on my own, but the help and advice I have received from Diane and the entire team at Manning Stainton has been absolutely outstanding.
‘They empathised fully with my situation from day one and did everything in their power to help me through the process, and always in a polite, professional and enthusiastic manner. I cannot speak highly enough of them and now, for the first time in months, there is a smile back on my face,’ says Rebecca.
Diane Sellars, a Sales Negotiator at the Manning Stainton branch on Queen Street in Morley comments: ‘It has been a pleasure and a privilege not only to find Rebecca a new home but also to complete the sale of the family’s previous house in Batley.
‘An important feature of our service is about getting to know the customer, to listen to their specific circumstances and requirements and then work tirelessly to provide an appropriate solution.’
The house Rebecca has chosen is lovely and has the benefit of being close to the children’s schools. We all sincerely hope that this marks a new and positive chapter for the family.’
The Morley branch of Manning Stainton is open 7 days a week and the team is ready to take customer calls from 8am – 8pm every day. It is one of 19 Residential Sales and Lettings branches across West and North Yorkshire helping people move.
