Apple, Kale and Hemp Smoothie Recipe

This super creamy and delicious smoothie recipe is so nice, don’t be surprised if you end up making one every day! Perfect for whizzing up for breakfast, taking to the gym for a post workout snack or as an afternoon pick me up, this smoothie ticks all the health boxes.

Ingredients

½ ripe banana
2 handfuls of kale
2 apples
2 tbsp hemp seeds
200 ml almond milk
Superfood of choice (optional)

Method

 

Simply peel and core the apples and place all the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and serve with ice in a glass. Sprinkle on some extra hemp seeds if you want to be extra good!
