Meet our surveyors and their team. Covering Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate, Bradford, Wetherby, Guiseley, Pudsey, Castleford, Horsforth, Ilkley, Otley, and Morley.

Mike Andrews Director	I have been a Chartered Surveyor for over 25 years and have valued and surveyed thousands of houses. As a founding Director of Manning Stainton I am extremely proud of the range of services the company offers and I know my team can provide the best professional advice in the area.
Nick Wood Surveyor	In a previous life I was the drummer in the local punk rock band Scum, but now Bradford Area Surveyor with the Team since 2001. I reside in Eldwick nr Bingley and am married with one daughter and awaiting the arrival of our second child.
Kirsty Tinker Smith Surveyor	I joined Manning Stainton in 1997 as a Sales Negotiator at the Pudsey office whilst studying a part-time degree in Business Property Management at Sheffield Hallam University. After graduating and further training I moved to the Survey department as a Chartered Surveyor. I enjoy the wide variety of properties I am able to inspect which means no two days are ever the same. My next ambition is to encourage more women to join the profession!
Robert Newton-Howes Surveyor	I live in Slaithwaite, a village between Oldham and Huddersfield, and my house has been used on TV for the ITV series “Where The Heart Is”, so I have had Sarah Lancashire on my front path. I am a Chartered Surveyor covering most of Huddersfield and the west Wakefield districts. I don’t think you could find a much more interesting and diverse area from rural cottages to urban streets! In my spare time I cook, play the guitar and am an avid fan of Dr. Who!!
Sue Wood Senior administrator	I am an Administrator for the Survey Team, I have worked for the company since October 2002. I live near Pudsey and have been married for 32 years. I have two grown up children and a granddaughter. I enjoy eating out with my friends. My hobby is making birthday and wedding cards for my friends and family.
Anne-Marie Emmott Administrator	After working in banking institutions most of my working life it is a "refreshing change" to work in Survey Department, providing a service to our customers which is first rate and giving customers the peace of mind that the house they are purchasing is perfect for them.
Rebecca Bray Administrator	I joined Manning Stainton in August 2007, I was previously looking to join an estate agent for over two years, Manning Stainton gave me that opportunity and I am very thankful. I am very lucky to work with such a professional and friendly team. I feel part of team and I have learnt so much since I joined the company.
