What experience do I need to apply for a job with Manning Stainton?

The experience you require will depend entirely on the role you are applying for ie Independent Mortgage Adviser, Chartered Surveyor Valuer Estate Agent.  Many people who join us have no experience in estate agency, mortgage administration, survey administration or property lettings and management.  However, they show a clear ability to give the high level of customer service we demand together with a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work. 

What qualifications do I need?

We welcome approaches from applicants from a wide variety of educational backgrounds.  We are looking for applicants with intelligence and the willingness to learn.

What training will I get when I join Manning Stainton?

All our staff join us in our purpose designed training suite for an introduction to the company and induction training which will extend up to the first 28 days depending on your role.
