Accompanied Viewer	Our Accompanied Viewers are responsible for showing potential purchasers around the properties for sale in Leeds and Wakefield with Manning Stainton. They must have strong interpersonal skills a warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new estate agency skills.
Administrator	Our Administrators are responsible for typing sales particulars of properties for sale, preparing accounts, preparing property advertising and typing letters to our sellers. They must have good and accurate audio typing skills and a high level of commitment.
Branch Coordinator	Our Branch Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the property sales processes within the office. They understand and implement office procedures and have a proven track record of success in the estate agency profession. A Manning Stainton Branch Coordinator has an ability to create and maintain high property sales levels within a team.
Chartered Surveyor	Our fully qualified Chartered Surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of the Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and provide the property buying public of Leeds & Wakefield together with much of West Yorkshire with Valuations & Surveys for a variety of purposes. Valuations are provided for matrimonial purposes (divorce), Capital Gains Tax, probate and partnership disputes. Other reports provided include RICS Homebuyer Report, Valuation and Building (Structural) Surveys. They must be articulate and have excellent interpersonal skills. Customer Service Adviser	Our Customer Service Advisers work within our Customer Service Team and are responsible for achieving maximum sales opportunities from new and existing clients, and via a customer relationship management system, maximise client retention. They must have a professional telephone manner, showing confidence and patience when dealing with customers, be self motivated and sales oriented and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. They are crucial to our success in Mortgages, Removals, Relocation, Lettings, Surveys and property sales.
Estate Agency Valuer	Our Valuers are responsible for visiting the properties of clients wishing to sell their propertiesand assessing their value and marketability. They must be articulate, capable of producing property sales particulars to a high standard, have highly interpersonal skills as well as drive and sales ability. At Manning Stainton we have a team of over 20 Estate Agency Valuers.
Independent Mortgage Adviser	Our Mortgage Advisers are responsible for providing Independent Mortgage Advice & Protection Advice as an Appointed representative of Legal & General. They must be Cemap qualified, articulate and able to demonstrate knowledge and experience within financial services and the mortgage market. In addition our advisors need to be self motivated, focused and target driven with the ability to work to procedures and regulations in a compliant manner. We have 18 Independent mortgage advisors across our offices in Leeds and Wakefield including Adel,Moortown /Alwoodley, Oakwood / Roundhay, Crossgates, Rothwell,Beeston, Morley, Pudsey, Wortley / Armley,Horsforth and Guiseley
Lettings Administrator	Our Lettings Administrators are responsible for progressing applications for tenancies including referencing and the compilation of legal documentation required for tenancy commencement. They advise landlords on current legislation and give advice on the tenancy obligations. Our Lettings Administrators have exceptional organisational and time management skills and display personal initiative and drive. They must project an image that will bring credit to Manning Stainton and maintain an enthusiastic and high-energy approach to helping the landlords and tenants of Leeds including :- Adel,Moortown /Alwoodley, Oakwood / Roundhay, Crossgates, Rothwell,Beeston, Morley, Pudsey, Wortley / Armley,Horsforth and Guiseley.
Mortgage Administrator	Our Mortgage Administrators are responsible for providing first class, dedicated, administrative support in the processing and follow up to completion of mortgage and life cases submitted to mortgage lenders. They must be articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and show commitment to excellent customer service.

Working on their own initiative their excellent customer care skills are essential as is a proven track record in sales, not necessarily within the property industry. We sell new homes across leeds and wakefield including Adel,Moortown /Alwoodley, Oakwood / Roundhay, Crossgates, Rothwell,Beeston, Morley, Pudsey, Wortley / Armley,Horsforth and Guiseley
Property Lettings Negotiator	Our Lettings Negotiators are responsible for welcoming our clients into our office and creating new lettings business for our branches through booking valuations of properties to let in Leeds includingAdel,Moortown /Alwoodley, Oakwood / Roundhay, Crossgates, Rothwell,Beeston, Morley, Pudsey, Wortley / Armley,Horsforth and Guiseley and maintaining contact with prospective tenants and existing landlords. They pro-actively market properties available to rent across Leeds, taking offers, negotiating and agreeing new tenancies. Our Lettings Negotiators have good organisational and time management skills and display personal initiative and drive. Receptionist / Negotiator	Our Receptionist/Negotiators are responsible for welcoming our clients into our property showrooms and creating new business for our estate agency branches in Leeds and Wakefield through booking appointments and maintaining contact with potential house buyers. They must project an image that will bring credit to Manning Stainton and maintain an enthusiastic and high-energy approach to their work in a property sales environment.
Rental Property Manager	Our Rental Property Managers in North Leeds are responsible for the day to day management of properties across much of Leeds including Adel,Moortown /Alwoodley, Oakwood / Roundhay, Crossgates, Rothwell,Beeston, Morley, Pudsey, Wortley / Armley,Horsforth and Guiseleyon behalf of the Landlord. This includes prioritising repair and maintenance requests, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors. They also advise landlords and tenants on their legal obligations and are relied upon to provide a standard of service which will maximise client retention. They must have a professional telephone manner, showing confidence and patience when dealing with landlords and tenant clients, be self motivated and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
