If you are a Negotiator in one of our busy estate agency offices your day will be full of interest and variety, meeting prospective house buyers and sellers as they come into our busy property showrooms, talking to them on the telephone and engaging in dialogue which will enable you to determine how we can help them to fulfil their property moving needs.  We offer a wide range of services including professional surveys and valuations, residential conveyancing, property lettings and property management, home removals and relocation.  So, along with selling houses we are able to truly say that ‘we help people move’.

Our support staff work in a variety of departments including those at Head Office such as Accounts, Marketing, and IT.  Manning Stainton Mortgages has highly trained Mortgage Administrators who work together with their Customer Service colleagues.  Their work is primarily conducted on the telephone or via our specialist computer software but is equally varied and concentrated on helping our clients through the house buying and selling process. 

Our Survey department is assisted by an administrative team who field telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain quotes for residential surveys and valuations including RICS Home Buyer Reports and Valuations.  They carefully plan the surveyors’ diaries and liaise with a wide variety of clients which include leading mortgage lenders in the country.
