CLG Ministers have outlined the next stage on Home Information Packs in England and Wales. From 10 September 2007 the requirement will be for houses for sale with three bedrooms or more to have a Home Information Pack. Smaller properties will be phased in before the end of the year.
Home Information Packs went live on 1 August for four bedroom houses or larger. RICS has put together guidance on various aspects of the incoming regulations.
