Unusually busy August

August 2006

The usual summer slowdown never happened, with August 2006 being our most successful August ever for property sales.
 
Exactly what is spurring people into buying property is not yet clear, but it is certain that the stock of available property in Leeds and Wakefield is likely to fall as a result.
 
There can be no doubt that our extensive marketing campaigns on Radio Aire FM, Real Radio and Ridings FM have dramatically raised our website traffic and the registration of new buyers on our database.
 
Our Sunday opening campaign has also produced dividends for buyers and sellers alike with visitors to our offices dramatically increasing on weekends.
 
Our goal is to have every property hunter in Leeds and Wakefield either registered or visiting our website so that we can introduce our clients’ properties to the widest audience.
