Triple Crown Triumph in Cardiff for Manning Stainton

November 2006
It was a truly wonderful night for Manning Stainton when they scooped three prestigious property awards at the Home Sale Network annual conference at Celtic Manor. An immense amount of pride was experienced in bringing these awards back to Leeds and Wakefield
Sale Network from its conception in 1993. The network is made up of approaching 750 offices of the best independent estate agents in the country.
Members are individually selected after a careful vetting exercise including ‘mystery shopping’. On going quality assurance is also carried out to make sure that these estate agents truly are ‘the best of the best. Manning Stainton has played a full part in the development and ongoing success of the network having being nominated for numerous awards over the year including the ‘Rising Star Awards’, ‘Quality Service Awards’, but, more importantly, when they won the prestigious ‘Cendant Cup’ (now Cartus Cup), having been judged to be the best estate agent on the network in 2002.
Following this success Manning Stainton’s commitment to the network in Leeds has never faltered and was acknowledged in their triumph at the Home Sale Network Conference at Celtic Manor in November 2006, when they were awarded the Masters Cup.
The Masters Cup recognises the Network member that has ‘most excelled in leading the field of UK estate agency’. The award is only open to past winners of the Network’s top accolade, the Cendent Cup (now the Cartus Cup), which is given each year to the Network Estate Agency of the Year.
Adding to what was a truly triumphant night, Manning Stainton also won the PR & Marketing Award which recognised the member that has made the most significant contribution to promoting the Home Sale Network during the past year. This was Manning Stainton’s third nomination for this much sought after award.
Our very own Sales Director, David Pank, is also Chairman of the Home Sale Network Yorkshire Region and was very proud indeed to pick up a third Award on the night as Yorkshire were awarded the ‘Best Region Award’ for 2006. The ‘Best Region Award’ has only been in existence for 6 years, and in that time, the Yorkshire Region has been nominated for the last three years consecutively and has actually won the award in 2004, and 2006.
There is no doubt that the enthusiasm of the very best independent estate agents in Yorkshire is driving the Home Sale Network forward.
