Top accreditation for Manning Stainton Lettings in Leeds

Following an independent audit and a rigorous assessment of professional qualifications and property market knowledge, Manning Stainton Lettings has been awarded accreditation by The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

ARLA is the leading professional and regulatory body in the UK exclusively for letting agents in the private rented sector. ARLA members are required to comply with a Code of Practice and to have staff in their branches with suitable industry qualifications.

As well as providing members with letting information, support and training to keep abreast of the latest legislation issues regarding renting property, ARLA has strict rules on how members handle clients’ money – and bank accounts are regularly audited.

Of particular interest to both landlords and tenants in Leeds is the fact that each member firm is covered by the Association’s Client Money Protection Bonding Scheme. This safeguards client monies from any misappropriation of funds or claims of bankruptcy and every member firm is required to have adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance.
