Manning Stainton’s Pudsey office carried off the coveted “Branch of the Year” award at the company’s Annual Awards Dinner recently.

Manager Paul Cooke was disappointed at the event last year when his Pudsey team were runners-up;-

“We’ve been mentioned as a top three branch for four years now” says Paul “so being runners up last year just made us more determined to go for the big one this time round!”

Criteria for the award include Response from Clients and Purchaser Satisfaction Surveys, Mystery Shopping Reports, Branch presentation, Teamwork and support and high levels of business.  Paul’s Pudsey team exceeded expectations in every category.

A key member of the team, Janet Jackson was doubly delighted at the Awards as she scooped the Diamond award for top negotiator and Relocation Manager of the Year”.

The 30 year Pudsey resident has been with Manning Stainton for four years and says she is “still on a bit of a high.  It’s nice to get recognition for doing a job I love.  Despite my name, however, it’s best for everyone if I don’t burst into song!”
