Our brand new website will continue to offer one of the widest choices of properties for sale and to let in the Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford area, as well as range of services and features all designed to help you move! Our site is still the leading reason quoted when people looking to buy or rent a property are asked “how did you find your new property”

It almost always favourably compared with other estate agents' websites on our seller and buyer questionnaires. The main compliment is the ease of searching for properties to buy in Leeds and Wakefield and to rent in Leeds

For the time being the property search facility will remain unchanged but will be the main subject of phase two of our website’s development. It is planned to have a two tier property search mechanism to suit your house hunting needs.

So what are the major changes?

There’s a bright new feel to the site to mirror our new corporate image and the re-branding program currently being planned for all our estate agency offices.
Our property buyers said they did not appreciate the moving “FLASH” referring direct access to property searches. So its gone!
A “Bread Crumb” trail is featured on the pale blue bar at the top of all pages to make your navigation around the site as easy as possible. Great if you have to back track!
Want to save our property search page as a “favourite”. Easy! Just click on the button next to “Email a friend”
Need more information about property? Our site now gives helpful tips and advice on property surveys from Chartered Surveyors together with a useful Glossary of Survey Terms and a pdf printable version of our Survey and Valuation leaflet, “We know surveys”.
Our Lettings page now also carries a useful Glossary of property letting terms, a printable list of properties we currently have to let in Leeds and district, and a property Lettings search page.

The Home Sale Network page gives more information to those in the process of relocating. It is possible to arrange to register your property needs or to arrange a Free Valuation and Market Appraisal across most of the UK.
"Moving Day” gives useful hints on how not to get caught out on your home moving day. It can be printed off and there is also a section for you to share your home moving tips.
The “Our Offices” pages have a much better look and will feature more useful information in the future to help prospective property buyers find the right area in which to buy.
