New Year, New Office, New Record in Morley!

January 2007 is our best ever January for New Instructions which justifies the opening of our new property showroom on Queen Street.

Sales of property in Morley have also seen a significant jump when compared with January 2006.  The Morley area, with its diverse range of properties at reasonable prices is certainly feeling the benefit of people moving into the area from other parts of Leeds.

If normal patterns remain relevant we should see an even higher number of properties coming onto the market in February which will hopefully satisfy the demands of waiting house buyers and keep prices stable.
