Gemma Laidlaw, pictured here on Bramley Homes’ new Earlsheaton, Dewsbury, development “The Paddock” has been appointed New Homes Sales Manager at the Wakefield office of estate agents Manning Stainton.
Under the direction of Neil Dickens, the New Homes division works for a number of top builders including Bramley Homes, Barratt, Bellway, David Wilson, Miller and Persimmon – providing a portfolio of services including:- Land Finding, Pre-site acquisitions and research, Part-Exchange/Assisted Sales, On-site new homes sales negotiators and Marketing & Advertising support.
“New Homes continues to grow and develop in leeeds and West Yorkshire generally,” says Neil “and expansion into Wakefield was a logical step for us. Our ever-increasing client list is testament to the service we offer to developers, and we look forward to working with more new homes builders in the Wakefield area."
Bramley Homes’ MD, Graham Smart, says: “The Manning Stainton New Homes service is excellent for developers – consistent, straightforward and always keeping us up to date. It’s a “one stop shop” too – not having to deal with a myriad of offices when part-exchange properties are involved is extremely helpful."
Gemma comes from an estate agents background, and honed her client service skills with Mercedes-Benz.
