Just as we went to press we learned that Leeds and Wakefield estate agents,Manning Stainton, has for the first time, been awarded Three Star status within Best Companies Accreditation 2008

As part of the Sunday Times’ Best 100 Companies to Work For in the UK listings, a Star Accreditation Award sits alongside it. This award, following a rigorous analysis of selected companies, is presented in three categories - one star rating as “first class”, two stars “outstanding” and three stars “extraordinary”. Not all companies who are successful in being included in the Best 100 achieve Star Accreditation.

Highest placed UK estate agent

Last year we were presented with a Best Companies two star accreditation, but the judges revealed at the ceremony that Manning Stainton’s ratings placed us “within reach” of the coveted three stars….

Last year, too, not only were we the highest placed estate agent in the UK, but also the only company in the Yorkshire region in any category to achieve two stars.  A great start to 2008, an extraordinary achievement for what is now officially confirmed as an “extraordinary” company and validation - if it were needed - that we have the very best property people in the business, helping our clients at every step of the moving process!
