12th October 2007
Local estate agent’s Manning Stainton, announced today that they will be attending the largest estate agency conference in Europe, the Home Sale Network Conference.
Key note speakers at this year’s conference being held on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th of November at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel include:
- "Mr Real Estate Advertising” Ian Grace, who will address the conference on both effective estate agency advertising and leading customer service ideas.
- Conference regular, Economist Dennis Turner, who will update delegates on trends for the UK residential property market in the coming year.
The conference culminates in an Awards Dinner on Friday evening, hosted by broadcaster, entertainer, writer, impressionist and comedian Rob Brydon, perhaps best known for roles as Keith Barret in the BBC comedy Marion and Geoff and Rob Brydon's Annually Retentive. As well as hosting the Awards Dinner Rob will also present this year’s Referral Prize Draw winners. In its second successful year, the Referral Prize Draw offers a range of cash prizes for the leading business referrers on the Network, with one lucky member receiving the top prize of a new Mini One!
Held over two days, the conference has a packed programme, with an agenda of lively debate and a wide range of specialist masterclasses on a whole host of topics including estate agency websites, human resources, building and motivating an effective sales team in the current market and Home Information Packs.
David Pank said: “The conference provides a fantastic opportunity to meet with other members of Home Sale Network, a group of over 750 independent estate agents based around the UK. As well as the potential to further develop our skills and the services we are able to provide our customers by attending the specialist key note speeches and masterclasses on offer.”
But it’s not all work, golf enthusiasts among the Network’s membership will have the added opportunity to take part in the annual Home Sale Network Golf Championship, at the Belfry resort, on the renown Brabazon course, the adopted home to the Ryder Cup and home of the European PGA.
Richard Tucker, Home Sale Network’s Managing Director said: “There is a real sense of anticipation about this year’s conference, we have a great line up of speakers and with an Awards Dinner hosted by Rob Brydon the conference promises to be a resounding success. The event will also see one of the Network members winning a new Mini One, after seven months of intense competition in the Referral Prize Draw”.
