The Lettings division of estate agent Manning Stainton in Leeds goes from strength to strength – currently adding over 500 registrations a month from prospective tenants looking for properties in Leeds.Registrations currently include a “can’t-be-named” Premiership footballer, a top Rugby League player and folk heading from London, the south coast, South Africa and even Australia! To name but a few prime locations.
The division itself is now firmly in premiership territory with the award of Principal Account status by HomeLet, the insurance, referencing and rental guarantee giant – making Manning Stainton Lettings one of only 25 of 6,000 agents in the UK to achieve the honour.
Commented Lettings Manager Wendy Wood: -
“This gives us the buying power to offer even better products, services and sheer value for money to both landlords and tenants.”
The Lettings pages on this website are updated hourly. All Manning Stainton branches carry a daily updated list of properties available for rent – and prospective tenants are texted immediately that a property meeting their brief is registered with the company.
“For the property owner, we try and ensure a trouble-free let,” Wendy says, “and our Rent Guarantee Scheme ensures that in the unlikely event of a tenant defaulting, the landlord is paid, including legal fees.”
