When 35 year old Ian Farbridge won a national Conveyancing competition – beating over 600 rivals in the process – he realised life would be all downhill for a while…For Ian, Manager/Valuer at Manning Stainton’s Beeston Leeds branch had scooped a spectacular, all-expenses ski-ing holiday for himself and his wife in Banff, Alberta, Canada.
And though he’s been to Canada once before as a youngster, he’s never been on skis in his life!
The competition, organised by Home Sale Conveyancing, was open to all 750 independent member-agencies of the Home Sale Network nationally and was judged on the highest number of Conveyancing referrals during November and December last year.
Ian has been “in from the beginning” with Manning Stainton – joining the original Stainton’s estate agency ten years ago.
Is he looking forward to the trip?
“Yes of course. It’s a great prize,” he says, “My only worry is the reaction of the lads at my local when they see these pictures. When it comes to being wind-up merchants they’re world class!”
