Property Booming Bradford

The economic regeneration of Bradford is helping to power a very buoyant housing boom. 

The number of properties being sold in Bradford by four of our Leeds based estate agency branches in Pudsey, Morley, Horsforth and Guiseley continues to increase.  Owners of properties for sale in Bradford are increasingly seeing the benefit of marketing towards the biggest base of buyers in West Yorkshire where their properties will achieve top prices whilst still appearing to give value for money to buyers from the more expensive Leeds suburbs. 

As 2007 progresses we see this trend continuing and being reinforced by the huge regeneration monies been expended in Bradford City Centre.
