Executive properties in Leeds valued at £1m plus are still not exactly commonplace – yet Fine & Country Homes at Manning Stainton are selling such properties for their clients at the rate of one every three weeks!
That’s in addition to the property sales valued between £0.5m and £1m purchased by discerning house buyers locally, nationally and internationally.
Over the past sixteen months Fine & Country have completed sales on no fewer than eighteen £1m plus properties – achieving a 90% success rate of completions against the total number of propertiesplaced for sale.

Andrew points out that Leeds is still a huge magnet for inward investment and the top quality people it brings with it; almost a third of the properties sold went to buyers outside the Leeds area, two of them to international buyers also looking to move to Leeds, Wakefield and Wetherby.
