In his role as Practice Development Director at legal firm McKay Law, Brett Storey is well used to hearing client stories of indifferent service and delays whilst trying to buy a property.

So when he and partner Debbie Lonsdale came across just the home they wanted at 5p.m. one wet Friday night they phoned the agent, Manning Stainton, expecting to leave a message to arrange a viewing.

So they were more than a little surprised when New Homes sales negotiator Sue Grossman said “Stay right where you are – I’ll be there in 10 minutes with the key!”

Says Brett: -

“Debbie and I were looking for a larger home as our daughter Sophie is growing fast and we needed more space. We spotted a new home by Barwick Developments in Drighlington but it was the only one left – the show home – and we knew it would be snapped up quickly. Thanks to Sue’s ‘Wonderwoman’ act we were able to decide there and then to buy it.”
