Strong New Homes Performance in leeds & Wakefield

The market for New Homes remains strong with the performance of our Land and New Homes Department significantly improving up on the same period of 2006.

We believe that this is due to continued confidence in the housing market, a constant stream of inbound buyers relocating to Leeds and the attractive nature of newly built properties.
