Manning Stainton New Homes’ negotiator Amanda Bonser has received a big vote of thanks from client Bramley Homes - for a highly successful marketing programme on the company’s West Park Walk development in Leeds.

Reserving thirteen apartments in a matter of weeks was far from unlucky for Amanda, and Bramley Homes’ Director Graham Smart says West Park Walk – in the West Park area of Leeds - is their “best-ever selling site” and a tribute to Manning Stainton’s marketing expertise.

“The development is set in a spacious garden area, electronically-gated for security and the one- and two bedroomed apartments are highly specified and very well presented” says Amanda, “but the main attraction, as always, is the location.”

“Leeds centre is just three miles away in one direction, whilst you can be in open countryside and moorland well within half an hour in the other direction. It’s no surprise that the homes were snapped up so quickly – and by an interesting mix of buyers.”

Proof, she says, that there’s still very much a market for the right homes in the right place.
