Do I really need independent mortgage advice?
We have a choice of thousands of mortgages from over 100 lenders sourced from our computer database: TRIGOLD. We also have many mortgage deals you will not have direct access to from the major high street lenders.
What choice of mortgage type do I have?
We aim to find you a mortgage to suit your individual circumstances. Your mortgage choice may include fixed; capped; discounted; tracker or flexible. Our qualified mortgage consultants will be pleased to explain the differences.
Are 100% mortgages available?
The availability of 100% mortgages has all but disappeared due to the Credit Crunch. Our advice is for first time buyers to save as much as possible towards their deposit and purchase costs.
What will I have to pay if my purchase falls through?
We offer Buyer's Protection to you at no extra cost to help safeguard against some of your buying costs if your purchase fails to proceed to legal completion. Please ask for full details.
For insurance business we can arrange policies exclusively from Legal and General.
We not charge a fee for a mortgage consultation, however there will be a fee for arranging your mortgage of up to 1.5% of the loan amount. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances but a typical fee is £150.
