Manning Stainton have been awarded ‘Principal Account’ status by HomeLet in recognition of Manning Stainton Lettings status as one of the leading letting agents in Leeds with a commitment to producing high quality business. 

The HomeLet Principle Accounts Department was established in 2005 to manage the individual needs of the most valued letting agents.  The Principle Account status will enable Manning Stainton Lettings to focus on our core business of letting properties and managing them in Leeds and present opportunities to develop our business with specialist services.  These will include:

• Provision of a prioritised service for referencing, with the introduction of special Principle Account telephone lines and fax numbers.
  Regular meetings between the decision makers within Manning Stainton Lettings and those at HomeLet’s Head Office allowing us to benefit from a more effective service.
• A commitment from HomeLet to Manning Stainton Lettings to maintain and develop the relationship and to understand the needs of our Lettings Department.
• Providing tailored and bespoke products for our specific customer base of landlords and tenants in Leeds.
