From 1st October 2008, it will be a legal requirement to provide all new tenants in England and Wales with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Don’t delay call us today! 

The Governments intention is for prospective tenants to be able to select their new home with all relevant information including that contained in an EPC. The law states that tenants must be given the opportunity to inspect the EPC prior to taking out a tenancy agreement. In view of this it is necessary to have the EPC available from when the property is first marketed at the very latest.
