Home Sale Network Agents Recognised in Times’ Top 100

Three of Home Sale Network’s estate agents have been recognised in the latest annual Sunday Times “100 Best Companies To Work For” survey.

The survey, the largest of its kind, questioned 257 small & medium enterprises on eight areas of workplace culture: leadership, wellbeing, feelings towards their own manager, the team environment, fair deal in terms of pay and benefits, giving back to the community, feelings about the company and personal growth possibilities.

Ashtons in Hertfordshire, a Home Sale Network Member for 12 years, took 19th place in the 2006 rankings. Manning Stainton in Leeds, also a member of the Network for 12 years, made the Top 50 with a ranking of 43rd.  Hunters Property Group in Yorkshire, a Network member since 1994, was placed 53rd out of the Top 100.

Members’ rankings in the survey, which featured companies such as Innocent Drinks, Cobra Beer, Weight Watchers, Danone and HIFX, is affirmation that Home Sale Network agents are among the ”best of the best.”

Other Home Sale Network estate agents have won national awards recently.  Northumbria & Cumbria Estates was awarded “Best Estate Agent” in Northumberland with five stars at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards.  In addition, the company was selected as one of only three UK agencies to be awarded in the “Best Estate Agent” category at the Bentley International Property Awards.

Home Sale Network member, Rook Matthews Sayer, also based in Northumberland, won a Daily Mail UK Property Award in the “Best Estate Agency” category for Northumberland with four stars. The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents, one of the UK’s leading independent estate agency chains, won the same accolade with four stars for Oxfordshire and Davis Tate also in Oxfordshire was the winner of a Daily Mail UK Property Award in the “Best Estate Agency” category with a high, five stars.
