Increased Activity!

If the traffic experienced by our website is anything to go by we can look forward to an improving market as Spring approaches. 

Activity on our website has shown a steady increase through February and this has been matched by an increasing number of telephone calls and viewings booked for properties for sale. 

This has not yet filtered through to an equivalent number of sales.  Based on previous experience, we are confident that the sales will result in the coming months after buyers have had the opportunity to fully assess what is available in the market. 

Our advice to sellers, capitalise on this activity and get their homes and gardens ‘spruced up’ in readiness.
