£500 Million Investment in Wakefield

The Wakefield economy appears to be powering on with the highest rate of increase in business formation in West Yorkshire.  Not surprising really.  With three major re-generation projects taking place the City looks forward to enjoying over £500 million of investment in the next six years. 

With over 70% of the district being covered by Green Belt and superb transport links by road and rail it is no surprise that Wakefield continues to attract buyers from the Leeds area. 

With the bulk of the new homes within the West Yorkshire region being built in the Wakefield district we foresee this trend continuing.
