Meet the Wakefield Team

Dawn Lavelle Manager / Valuer	I have worked in the property industry for 14 years and joined Manning Stainton 8 years ago. I have worked in several of the companies estate agency offices until the opening of the Wakefield office in 2004. The work is challenging but rewarding and I feel privileged to work as part of the Manning Stainton team.
Joan Haigh Valuer	I have worked as an estate agent in the Leeds and Wakefield areas for the past 22 years, and joined Manning Stainton in January 2002. I was privileged to join the Wakefield branch when it opened in October 2004, and have enjoyed being part of its continuing success.
Gemma Laidlaw Branch Co-ordinator	Having previous estate agency experience I joined Manning Stainton in 2006. Whilst being here, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in both New Homes and Fine & Country which has further enhanced my knowledge and skills as a sales negotiator. I feel proud to say I work for Manning Stainton.
Tina Wood Sales Negotiator	Working as an estate agent around the Wakefield area for the past 10 years I can honestly say that Manning Stainton is the best agent that I have worked for. I enjoy my work dealing with property for sale and the challenge that it brings.
Josie Pickering Weekend Sales Negotiator	Having worked in the Banking Industry for the last 10 years, joining Manning Stainton as a Weekend Sales Negotiator has given me a chance to explore new challenges. Elizabeth Daniel Sales Support	I have worked as an estate agent since September 2004. My role in Manning Stainton is sales support. I have worked in the Wakefield branch since it’s opening in October 2004. I love being involved with property for sale in Wakefield.
Beverly Turner Sales Negotiator	I have been an estate agent in the Wakefield area since 1999. I started as a Weekend Negotiator and went on to full time Negotiating in 2000. I have worked for Manning Stainton since we opened the Wakefield office in 2004. I am now progressing property sales which is very challenging.
