Gerry Downs Manager / Valuer	I first started my career in Conveyancing with a law firm in Leeds before joining Manning Stainton in 1996 at the Beeston branch. I then moved to our Survey division at Wortley before transferring to the Wortley sales branch reaching the position of Branch Manager / Valuer. I joined the best estate agents in Rothwell in 2004!
Helen Whitworth Branch Co-ordinator	I have worked as an estate agent since 1994, originally in Wakefield. I started working with Manning Stainton in February 2004 as a Sales Negotiator / Receptionist in Rothwell, progressing to Branch Co-ordinator. I enjoy dealing with a variety of property and dealing with the many people seeking to buy and sell property and and helping them find their dream home.
Barbara Chappell Senior Sales Negotiator	I moved to Leeds in 1988 and immediately joined a firm of estate agents in Leeds. Since 1998 I have spent my time working my way up through the ranks in many of the Manning Stainton’s 14 offices. I enjoy and achieve a feeling of pride and satisfaction knowing that I have made a client's house move as smooth and pain free as possible.
Jessica Nunes Negotiator	I joined the ‘Manning Stainton family’ in December 2006 as the Administrator for the Rothwell branch which I loved. I have since taken a side step to be a Negotiator to enable me to be more involved with our clients & customers – I love the varied role & I gain true satisfaction when helping our clients find their dream property!”
Rachael Johnson Sales Support	I’ve spent the past few years studying at university so estate agency is a new and interesting business to me. I’ve lived in Rothwell my whole life so know my area very well and I’m really enjoying been part of the Manning Stainton team. My favourite part so far is giving people the keys to their new home.
Lindsey Hayes Weekend Sales Negotiator	I started work for Manning Stainton in July 2007 as a Weekend sales Negotiator. It is great to work with such a lovely team. I enjoy helping people buy and sell properties. I have recently got married and am looking forward to going on my Honeymoon.
Sue Sidebottom Weekend Sales Negotiator	Working in an estate agent is a completely new venture for me, having worked in aviation for 17 years as a VIP cabin attendant and a crew training manager for national airline. I am looking forward to implementing my customer service skills to the same high standard.
