Our very busy Pudsey branch put in another extremely good performance in February listing dozens of newly available properties across the Leeds 13 and Leeds 28 postal districts including Bramley, Pudsey, Caverley, and Farsley. 

The confidence in the Pudsey market has withstood the two recent interest rate rises and remains one of the briskest property markets in the Leeds area.  We feel that this is due to its excellent communication links with rail stations at Pudsey, and Bramley, the Leeds Outer Ring Road as well as a tremendous mix of available houses for sale from modest back to backs to impressive Victorian detached houses in Caverley. 

With the diaries of our Valuers full every day we confidently expect to be offering house buyers in Pudsey an even greater selection of property for sale in the coming weeks.
