To cope with this volume of property sales the Pudsey team has increased significantly and we feel that this investment will be justified in 2007 when we expect the property market in West Leeds to continue strongly with a modest rise in house prices.The Pudsey area has a good balance of properties and is attracting first time buyers from other, more expensive, parts of Leeds.
Property sellers in the Pudsey and Bramley areas need not fear any significant costs in providing Home Information Packs (HIPs) when they are introduced on the 1st June 2007. Not now needing a Home Condition Report (HCR) the cost of a HIP will now be much more reasonable.
We foresee another healthy year for the property market in the Pudsey and Bramley areas.
