Property Sales Fall as market Cools
Figures released from the Land Registry show that the number of contracts exchanged in postcode areas covered by Manning Stainton have fallen by 13% when comparing the first half of 2006 with the first half of 2007.

We continue to see many new properties in Bradford coming onto the market through our offices in Guiseley, Horsforth, Morley, and Pudsey. This trend is likely to continue in the next six weeks as we approach the 1st June when the provision of a Home Information Pack (HIP) becomes compulsory when selling residential properties in England and Wales.
