Property Confidence Remains in Pudsey

Confidence in the property market in Pudsey, Bramley, Rodley, Farsley and Calverley remains high despite recent interest rate rises.

The Pudsey area appears to be one of the most active in the Leeds District by virtue of its attractive facilities and the availability of properties for first time buyers.

Another interesting factor is the number of properties being offered for sale in our Pudsey office which are actually located in East Bradford.  Lower prices in this area are certainly attracting a good many buyers from Leeds. 

If things proceed in the normal manner we should see many more new properties for sale coming onto the market in February as happens most years.
