Big-time radio stars, you’ve been warned!

16 year-old Danny Mylo may be about to start college but his long term plan is to rule the airwaves!

With Morley FM Radio co-presenter Gareth Poole, Danny recently popped into Manning Stainton’s Queen Street, Morley, branch to meet Manager David James and his team, thanking the company for sponsoring Morley FM Radio.

Helping to keep the station on the airwaves until (fingers crossed) the Community Radio’s full licence is granted.

So which local radio station does Danny aspire to joining?

“Local?! You mean National!” laughs Danny, “Breakfast on Radio 1 will do for starters!”

Alison Pickles, Marketing Manager at Manning Stainton, said the Community Fund was there to help local initiatives: -

“Community Radio is a particularly appropriate project” she says.
