June saw the Morley property market buck market trends being our top performing estate agency branch for sales in the month of June. 

The threat of further interest rate rises, monsoon weather conditions and the disrupted market caused by the first HIPs deadline did not dampen the enthusiasm of people looking for property for sale in Morley.  With sales 50% higher than in May. 

There can be no doubt that having a new much larger showroom capable of accommodating more available properties for sale is attracting more property buyers.

Morley is certainly becoming more popular with people moving in from the more expensive areas of North Leeds seeking better value for money and we anticipate that this trend will continue.
