Morley predicted to be a hot property favourite for 2007

Despite a slightly subdued December 06, Manning Stainton's estate agency team in Morley are relishing the challenge of 2007.  The agency team predicts that the property market will be steady with a modest rise in prices but, perhaps fewer properties coming onto the market.

The move to our new estate agency showroom in Morley has been made necessary by the ever increasing volumes of property offered for sale and a general lack of space for both houses and staff.  We are confident that our new showroom will be the place to start looking for your new property in 2007. 

House sellers in the area need not fear any significant costs in providing Home Information Packs (HIPs) when they are introduced on the 1^st June 2007.  Not now needing a Home Condition Report (HCR) the cost will now be much more reasonable.
