Confident Bradford says Morley Estate Agent

The property market remains strong in Bradford in February re-affirming the confidence of property buyers in the Bradford area.

Strong sales were reported in Bradford 10 and in particular, Apperley Bridge and Thackley.  However, close motorway access in BD11 Drighlington, and BD4, Tong, also showed strong demand. 

Requests for marketing appraisals, ahead of sellers putting their properties on the market, were high.  This is possibly a result of people wishing to come onto the market ahead of the introduction of Home Information Packs (HIPs) and the likely additional cost of between £450 and £500 plus VAT. 

March has started well with increased viewings and a significant increase in web traffic.
