Meet the Moortown Team

Mark Manning Manager / Valuer	Estate agency has been part of my life for as long as I can remember and I have been working for Manning Stainton from the age of 17 starting out as an Accompanied Viewer on the Weekend. I am currently a Valuer at our Moortown office and want to continue being in the top team of estate agents in Leeds!
Louise Lawrence Sales Manager	After leaving school I started my career as an estate agent in Moortown with Manning Stainton and haven’t looked back since. That was back in 1992. I am married with two young children and live in North Leeds. Working with the public I find rewarding and I enjoy helping people move to their ‘dream property’.
Fiona Rickeard Senior Sales Negotiator	I have worked in estate agency in Moortown for some time and joined the Moortown team in Summer 2005, two years later I am still here working with some amazing people! Whenever I can, I take the opportunity to visit as many different countries in the World, Australia next!
Evoulla Hadjiandrea Receptionist / Sales Negotiator	In 2006 I graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University after studying Ba (Hons) Retail Marketing Management. During the summer I had time to decide on a future career and here I am at Manning Stainton. In my spare time I enjoy eating out especially at Sushi Bar’s which is my favorite food, I also like to go to the gym and enjoy Saturday night out with my friends.
Melanie Calvert Administrator	I joined Manning Stainton in 2006 after working in law for 5 years. I love working as part of the Moortown team as both Administrator and Negotiator. Knowing that I have helped people move into their dream home is a great buzz. I enjoy spending my spare time with my partner, family and friends as well as regular visits to the gym, cinema and local pub!
Michelle Gaynor Viewer	I started my career working for an estate agent as an Accompanied Viewer. I love helping them find the right property to buy in Leeds. I am married with three children and have lived in North Leeds most of my life. I really enjoy meeting different people and helping them find the right property.
Julie Burgess Weekend Sales Negotiator	I joined Manning Stainton in February 2006 having worked in customer services for many years. The best thing about working for Manning Stainton is being part of a team which guides people through the house moving process and I enjoy seeing people’s dreams become a reality.
Carolyn Price Weekend Sales Negotiator	This is my first step as working as an estate agent and I am looking forward to getting to know everybody. I joined the team at Moortown after a hectic year of moving house and having a baby – I must like to be kept busy! I enjoy decorating the house and socialising with friends when I can escape the family!
Nick Anderton Viewer	Having been a part-time viewer for a few years, I am always professional, efficient and happy to help. I am also knowledgeable in property developing, interior design and home staging - and enjoy being part of a team committed to providing the best possible service. As an Alwoodley resident for many years, I have a strong knowledge of the local area and a proven track record in achieving results for Manning Stainton.
