New Estate Agency Branch Manager follows in father’s footsteps…

Mark Manning reckons he’s been working at estate agent Manning Stainton since he was thirteen – popping in during school holidays, doing odd jobs, errands and generally helping his dad, Russell Manning: -

“One of the very first T-shirts I ever had as a youngster read ‘Russell Manning & Son’ and after gaining a University degree in Business IT my first official job within the company was accompanying property viewers at the Headingley estate agency branch”

Mark spent a couple of successful years at the Wakefield branch under the experienced eye of Manager Dawn Lavelle before taking up the reins of Branch Manager at Moortown – where Russell began his business.

A popular and highly motivated member of staff, Mark says Russell is “a good person to learn from”: -

“He knows what he’s talking about, and though we occasionally have different points of view, he’s usually right (but don’t tell him I said so!)”.
