Hot in Horsforth!
26th January 2006
Recent interest rate rises have had no effect whatsoever on the demand for property for sale at our Horsforth estate agency office.
Manager Sarah Dowthwaite reports ‘Despite a recent interest rate rise sales of properties in Horsforth, Cookridge, Rawdon, Apperley Bridge and Idle are remaining strong.’
Sarah also reports that there is also a healthy number of new properties coming onto the market for sale to ensure that buyers in the Horsforth area continue to have a considerable choice of property to buy.
Our Horsforth estate agency office has more properties available for sale than most estate agents in the Horsforth area and sees 2007 in a very confident light.
Sarah continued ‘I am sure that a lot of our success is down to our new look website and our new multi-media advertising campaign for 2007. Everyone tells me that they have heard our adverts on Radio Aire’.
Sarah is quite right. Our new look website looks like attracting 40,000 unique users looking to buy property in January breaking all previous records. Its success is, in part, due to a huge e-marketing campaign making sure that the Manning Stainton name crops up on dozens of property directories when house buyers search for ‘properties for sale in Leeds’ or ‘properties in Leeds’ or ‘estate agents Leeds’, etc.
Our radio advertising on Radio Aire FM, Magic 828, and Ridings FM are also drawing more house buyers to our website which is now responsible for over 50% of the viewings made on our properties for sale in Leeds and Wakefield.
Sales & Marketing Director David Pank commented ‘Long gone are the days when successful estate agents could add an extra page to their newspaper advertising and call it a campaign. Our Marketing thinking is now very much ’joined up’ directing people to our website who do not already know that we offer more properties for sale in Leeds and Wakefield than any other estate agent’.
