We continue to see many new properties in Bradford coming onto the market through our offices in Guiseley, Horsforth, Morley, and Pudsey.  This trend is likely to continue in the next six weeks as we approach the 1st June when the provision of a Home Information Pack (HIP) becomes compulsory when selling residential properties in England and Wales.

We are already seeing increasing numbers of property becoming available for sale as people attempt to avoid the additional cost of around £500 for providing a HIP whether or not the property sells. 

The new Home Information Pack environment does offer some advantages to buyers and sellers of property but why take the risk?
