Meet the South Leeds Team

Ian Farbridge Manager/Valuer	I grew up in Weetwood and went to school at in Leeds and I’ve lived in Leeds all my life apart from my time at University in Newcastle where I completed my course in Estate Management. I have been in estate agency for 17 years and nearly 11 of those have been with Staintons and Manning Stainton. In my spare time I obviously enjoy ‘socialising’ (going to the pub) but having recently moved to West Park most of my time is taken up with decorating and DIY. Iam delighted to have been appointed as branch manger at Beeston in April 2008
Mike Storey Mortgage Consultant	After 10 years in Banking, finishing as a Mobile Mortgage Advisor for 3 years at a major banking institution, I joined Manning Stainton to become an Independent Mortgage Advisor as I realised that this was a very forward looking expanding company. I have worked for Manning Stainton since 2004 and I am very pleased with my progress, and being part of a forward looking efficient team.
Gemma Smithson Branch Co-ordinator	I have worked for Manning Stainton since 1999. I started working in our Wortley branch as an Administrator. I was then promoted to work at our Beeston branch as a Sales Negotiator. I am currently in the middle of a Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property which I should complete shortly. I enjoy working as part of a successful team.
Julie Hedley Administrator	I joined Staintons in 1993 and continued with Manning Stainton after the merger of the two companies in 2000. I love being a member of such a successful team of estate agents in Beeston and look forward to many more years with them.
Susan Lenski Receptionist / Sales Negotiator	I began working for Manning Stainton in May 2006 as a Receptionist / Sales Negotiator with the Beeston office. I meet and greet clients and help with their initial requests of buying and selling properties which I find enjoyable.
Lynn Cunningham Weekend Sales Negotiator	I started working for Manning Stainton in March 2001 based at the Beeston office. I am a Weekend Sales negotiator and also do weekend accompanied viewings. I love working with such a friendly and successful team and enjoy the fact that no weekend is the same!
Ellie Powell Weekend Sales Negotiator	I first joined Manning Stainton at the Morley office in March 2005 as a Weekend Sales Negotiator. In October 2006 I joined the successful team at Beeston office, where I also do accompanied viewings. Helping people buy and sell properties is an enjoyable experience as is being part of a friendly team.
Peter Barber Viewer	I joined Manning Stainton in 2000 from a career in the Local Authority and Central Government Housing Management. Estate agency was new to me but, living locally, I felt I was in an ideal position to accompany people around property for sale in the Beeston and Middleton areas.
