A £250 donation from Adel Estate Agents Manning Stainton's Community Fund helped boost the annual fund-raising effort of our local Children’s Society committee recently - and members dropped into our Adel branch to say a big Thank You! Treasurer Jo Shepheard said the donation was a great help and would contribute to the important work the Society undertakes each year with over 50,000 children.

As the Society says:- “In our eyes, no child is beyond hope, understanding or love. We work with children who are isolated, rejected and ignored - and our unconditional belief in them enables them to deal with life’s harshest challenges, to develop their own self-belief and to face the future with confidence.”

And, in that single phrase, it’s why we’re happy to help!
