Meet the Adel Team

Caroline Munn Adel Manager	After studying English & Spanish at Warwick University, I married and raised a family. Upon my return to employment I took up a challenging position within a busy personnel department. I joined Manning Stainton in 2002 and am now Branch Manager. I have a very good knowledge of the local area having lived in Leeds 16 since 1987.
Claire Bruce Valuer	I am a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents with 11 years experience. I hold the Certificate of Practice In Estate Agency. I feel I am competent to provide clients with the best available advice and guidance. I am committed to meeting customer needs and providing a caring professional service to people selling property in Adel.

Lynda Stewart Sales Negotiator	I am an ex - teacher and taught for a number of years in South Leeds. I have 10 years experience of Estate Agency and joined Manning Stainton in 1999 and have worked at both Headingley and Adel branches. I have lived in Leeds 16 and Leeds 6 for over 30 years and have a good working knowledge of these areas.
Elizabeth McHale Sales Negotiator	I have worked as an estate agent for over 10 years; I have worked for Manning Stainton since March 2001. I am married with a young daughter so I am now a busy mum and part time sales negotiator. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and of course the occasional shoe purchase.
Janet Morris Sales Support	I started work at Manning Stainton as an inter-branch administrator in March 2005 before joining the Adel team in July that same year. I love working at Adel. I have two grown up children and work as a part-time volunteer for social services and the police.
Lynn Bairstow Weekend Sales Negotiator	I have been with Manning Stainton since September 1994 and gained a great deal of experience having worked in three different branches Oakwood, Moortown and presently as a weekend negotiator in the Adel Branch. I have a good local knowledge of Adel having lived here for 20 years. This enables me to help clients interested in moving into the area.
Anne Fletcher Weekend Sales Negotiator	I joined Manning Stainton in March 2007 as a weekend sales negotiator. I have lived in Adel since 1993 and have good knowledge of the local area. I achieved a Diploma in Child Health and Education and the NNEB at College, and then gained significant experience in customer service roles with a marketing company.
Natalie Haythorne Viewer	I have been working as an accompanied viewer for Manning Stainton since November 2005. I only work on Saturdays as during the week I am training to be an Occupational Therapist at Sheffield Hallam University. In my spare time I like to keep fit by swimming and running. I also love to eat out but being a student I can’t afford to eat out very often.
Jane Wood Viewer	I joined Manning Stainton in 1998 when I was appointed to the newly created role of Accompanied Viewer. I initially trained as a nurse but left after the arrival of my family. Before joining Manning Stainton I worked for a number of years as a Senior Course Administrator in the Faculty of Business and Law at Leeds Metropolitan University.
