Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm plus Saturdays on a rota

We are currently recruiting for an administrator for our Rothwell branch.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2years experience working in a busy office environment, be proficient in MS office with great customer service skills and be a real team player.

-Prepare valuation sheets for Manager and/or Valuer

-Prepare sales particulars and make amendments

-Organise viewings, mortgage, survey and valuation appointments

-Check incoming mail & pass to appropriate team member

-Arrange and follow up viewings for potential buyers and accompany when required.

-Provide viewing feedback to vendors asap;

-Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision

-Provide property details to potential buyers and to ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers;

-Type general letters

-Prepare invoices and keep accounts up to date

-Prepare monthly return figures

-Reister keys and allocate key numbers

-Prepare advertising and check proofs

-Organise 'For Sale' boards as and required

-Place stationery order with Head Office.

-Chase ups 'viewings' within 24 hours of visit taking place

-Any other duties as required
